We start by using the basic My Simple Office client program. It has everything you need, with powerful options for customization. Not only can it's screens and reports be highly customized, it can launch customized modules, enabling us to handle virtually any situation.

We customize individual screens, like the customer screen, invoice, order, inventory, etc. to meet your specifications.

We often add specialty screens to make sure we handle your workflow efficiently, usually to minimize the keystrokes required to accomplish a particular task. Typical goals include rapid invoice entry, track inventory movement, or to make it easier to handle phone orders. Specialty screens might be desktop apps, web apps, or smart phone apps, and can be fairly inexpensive.

Here's an example of a specially designed job input/view program, designed for ease of use in the field. This module allows the owner of a small company to create a job record on the fly, create or link to a customer, input and print invoices, all without using the mouse.

In this case we modified the standard general purpose client with a custom quotation format, as designed by the client.

This is a "delivery client" that we made for a client who has a fleet of trucks that supply tortilla products to various supermarket chains. This client allows the delivery agent to be able to identify the quantity and type of items that were delivered, and to be able to print out a delivery receipt.

We did this scheduler for the dispatcher of a client in the service business who needs a visible indication of the work orders and their status. We also did an app for the Android phone to allow a service tech to see his own schedule for the day.

This custom app solves a problem for one of our customers who was faced with price updates from multiple vendors, each with their own price sheet format. This app imports the price sheet for the selected vendor, and only cost about $800 to develop.

Here's a custom leads management program that we did for one of our clients. It interfaces with the rest of the system and can convert a lead into a customer with a single button click. It features a scoring system designed by our client, based on which of the follow up events have been processed, that lets management quickly assess the status and quality of their sales pipeline.

This app was done for a major hospital to help manage patient discharges. It works in conjunction with their regular patient admission system to handle the arrangements that need to be made for many patients who need nursing care or medical equipment supplied after they leave the hospital. It also allows the discharge supervisor to be able to see an overview of the scheduled patient discharges.

This physician app was made to work with the hospital discharge app, above. It allows a doctor to approve a patient for discharge in order to reduce communication problems between the doctor and the discharge case worker or nurse. We also made a web application for this so that a doctor can view pending discharges at any time, using his smart phone.
